Ernest leads the Business Development team at Leavened. He has over 20 years of experience in digital software sales with a focus on data marketing analytics solutions. Ernest specializes in understanding how new technology solutions can improve business outcomes, and helping brands and agencies implement those solutions.
Prior to joining Leavened, Ernest was VP of Business Development for Datamatics, a data solutions provider, where he led the sales team in North America. Datamatics, with a vast portfolio of companies such as BofA, Unilever, 3M, Kraft-Heinz, and Conagra Brands, is where he implemented data solutions across marketing and analytics teams. His career in tech led to success as an entrepreneur, having been a part of (and successfully exiting) four tech companies focused on the data analytics space.
Ernest is also actively involved with the Samsung Accelerator and Intel mentor programs, and he was recently invited to join the Forbes Technology Council for his software business development experience.
